I do. I started doing it the year I moved into my condo. I'd had some old family friends over in the early summer, when I first moved in. We enjoyed it so much that I decided to try to do something regularly. Christmas, New Year's, Fourth of July and Groundhog Day* were taken, and Sunday-after-Thanksgiving seemed to work out well. Everyone is tired of a) cooking and b) turkey leftovers by then, and it's a nice start to the winter holiday season.
* Seriously. I have friends who throw a Groundhog Day party every year.
