Tonight was my last Italian class until January. We had an hour of class and then feast! Class was amusing. Learning superlatives: Bush é piu stupido che Berlusconi. NO! Berlusconi é piu stupido che Bush. Bush é stupidissimo, e brutissimo, e diabolichissimo. (Etc.). Then on to food and wine.
Fig marmalade and parmesan cheese (the good stuff, not your supermarket crap). Cibo degli angeli (food of the angels)! Seriously orgasmic combination. I died and went to heaven. The sort of thing you put in your mouth, and your eyes get wide, and you say, "OH!. MY! GOD!" The rest was good, but paled in comparison.
