Oh, dear, I think I've joined a book club!

You may remember this journal entry, about a reading by Alan Hollinghurst. Well, I did go to the book club discussion tonight at 57th Street Books, and it was an excellent discussion. It's a small group, but interesting and intelligent. The book for next month is Margaret Atwood's The Penelopiad, and, yes, I bought it, and plan to go to the next meeting. Just what I need, another excuse to buy books!
