Many congratulations. Although retirement was forced on me a couple of years earlier than planned, I don't regret it for one second. The past year + has been educational, enjoyable and stimulating. It's clear from the things you write that you don't define yourself totally by your job title, which, I think, is the problem many people have with retirement.
