Just popped in to say something nice about an airline customer service rep.

I went to United's web site to check my sister's flight status, and realized she had given me the wrong flight #!! I made an educated guess as to what the correct one was, but wanted to verify it. Well, she was likely already in the air or on her way to the airport. So I called the airline, and asked if they could tell me what flight she was on. I spoke to a very nice woman who, immediately after saying, "I'm sorry we're not allowed to give out that information", asked me if I knew the return flight info. I gave it to her, she checked that, then said, "can you give me her phone #?". Once I did that, she verified the arrival flight for me. And apologized for having to ask so many questions! I told her that I'm glad they're careful!

On top of which, the flight's going to be early.
